Mitchell Johnston I Principal Adviser
Financial Planner and Mortgage Broker
Mitchell is the principal adviser at Welcome Home Financial Advice and the person you will work with directly. He works with families navigating important transitions, such as buying a first home, upgrading, planning ahead, or wanting to feel more organised and confident about their finances overall.
Mitchell is also a parent and understands first‑hand how financial decisions intersect with family life, time pressures and long‑term responsibility. His approach is calm and structured, focused on helping clients understand their options clearly and make decisions they feel comfortable living with, not just today, but years from now.
Clients often describe Mitchell as steady, thoughtful and easy to talk to. Meetings are unhurried, practical and centered on clarity rather than urgency.
Outside of work, Mitchell enjoys spending time with his family and relaxing with a round of golf or watching the cricket.
Dyutidhar (DVC) Chimata I Client Support and Operations
Dyuti supports the day to day running of Welcome Home Financial Advice and is often the first person you will hear from.
He coordinates the administrative side of the advice process and helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. His role is to make the experience as clear and straightforward as possible, so meetings are well organised and nothing slips through the cracks.
Clients value Dyuti’s calm approach, responsiveness and attention to detail, particularly during busy or emotionally charged stages of the process.
